To use, place your grounds in the fine mesh brew filter in the center of the coffee maker. Then, pour cold water to fill the chamber around your brew filter. Allow for 24 hours in the refrigerator to brew. Then, remove the filter and pour for a smooth, refreshing coffee with 65% less acidity than coffee brewed hot.
